What was your capital outlay and size of your system?
What do you expect your ROI to be?

Don't quite understand what your gas bill has to do with the price of fish?
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Do you use an immersion to heat your water via Solar Voltaic Panels or do you have a separate Solar Thermal system to heat your water.

I was going to get solar thermal installed but can't see the point of it now as at peak times I have been dumping all my solar PV into the immersion rather than giving the power away,;)

Hi ive got a 3.92Kw pv system and 40 tube solar hot water system

it produces enough hot water from march till november but may, jun ,july, aug, most of the water is diverted to the hot tub to stop the system from over heating.

What do you do when you go on holiday to stop it overheating ?

Do you think its worth having both when you could be using the immersion at peak times; I find 15 to 20mins gives me an ample supply of hot water for the day - family of 4.
