a quick question....

Options
This is my first visit to the forum, so i hope i'm posting this little ditty in the right place.
My girlfriend and i have decided to try and reclaim her bank charges from HSBC. They've taken hundereds of pounds in charges from her account in the past couple of years.
Now here's the thing that concerns me a bit: about six months ago we went into her local branch complaining about the charges. The upshot being that the branch manager offered us a 'goodwill gesture' of £100 - which we accepted. In hindsight we should have demanded the full amount, but unfortunately, we weren't aware of this website at the time. Therefore, I was wondering if the acceptance of that goodwill gesture will in any way scupper our chances of claiming the whole amount (going back six years)?
Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.
