For what its worth ... gambler or not, you will not be able to resist in Vegas.
I do have 1 "tip" though.
If you play slots, stick with either Wheel Of Fortune or Megabucks slots.
They are linked together and are the only slots available where you can win a jackpot of millions.
For info - the most I've won on them is $270.:beer:

I am also going to try for an upgrade on the flight (Virgin) do you think a £20 would swing it at the check-in desk? I dont have any of the frequent traveller cards so im thinking this is my best bet. (if i have the cheek to actually do it! lol)

Nope! When I came back from Vegas (two weeks ago) Virgin were selling "upgrades" for emergency exit seats for £50

ok i shouldnt really give out my big tip but it always works for me, i am 6 ft 3
and never have enough leg room until my boss at work told me to wear a neck brace,every flight i have been on since i wear it(six) i have been moved to seat with more leg room because i say the upright position is causing me back spasms,

a bit naughty but it works

My fiance is 6'8 and about 23 stone. He physically CANT fit into normal sized seats and i really dont want to pay an extra £100!! If we get a note from his doctor coud the waiver the fee??

Possibly, but be careful of getting a jobsworth flight attendant.
They MAY say that because of the doctors note he is physically unfit to help attendants in an emergency if you are wanting an emergency row seat.

My suggestion is to be really nice at checkin and ask for any nice seats with extra leg room because of your fiance's height.

If no luck there, ask at the podium by the gate.

Dont forget to go to the Cheesecake Factory in Ceasers Palace!!
Food is brilliant there and portions are HUGE!!!

I got my dollars today (1.94 and commission free as im a student) so im dead excited and dying to get going!
I spoke to a mate of mine who flies for virgin and he said its very unlikely ill get an upgrade but hes going to get me some free champagne and chocolates...
