Hi, I am tubby size 12 and ordered a size M which are too big. No size information or advice on the website at all. When they came they feel a bit like wet suit material, a bit like thick foam, aparently if you get the right size they should feel tight.Oh 'eck.Help.
I wonder how generous they are?
What size are people going for - I am a size 12 so do I go for a small or medium do you think?
There is no information in the parcel about what to do if you need to return them.
Be warned though...they won't gve me a refund or swap them for a size S as I cut the label off!!! I still have it and have only tried the shorts on but haven't worn them. Have now spent £25 for nothing!! Not impressed by after sales service !!0 -
I just came across this thread, and saw that there were a couple of comments saying that no one has come on here saying Zaggora Hotpants have worked so I thought I'd give my opinions after I bought some earlier in the year
I had been intrigued about these since my friend bought some last year, she said she couldnt really see that much of a difference, but she also told them that she didnt really wear them that often, and never really did any exercise in them, so although she alerted me to their existence she wasnt that great a spokesperson! Ha!
I started following them on their facebook fanpage and kept my eyes on the reviews etc and when they brought out their new capris and flares back in January went for the plunge and got a pair of flares.
They were doing a "two week" challenge and were asking everyone to take measurements etc which in reality is the only fair way of testing them I guess..!
So anyway I took my measurements and wore them pretty much everyday for 2 weeks, bar a day here or there. Im not a massive fitness freak, but I do do some workouts at home and stuff, usually 2/3 times a week for 20-30mins with my kettlebell and then normal situps, press ups etc.
Anyway.. after 2 weeks I measure myself and was actually really surprised that I'd lost 5 inchs in total! That was off my waist, hips, thighs, and bum
In all honesty weight loss wasnt my main goal, I used to dance when I was younger and have always had "great legs" but since having my little one who is 5 now I've slowly noticed the dreaded orange peel on the backs of my thighs, I was gutted to see what was once my "best feature" was no longer quite so great haha!! ) After the 2 weeks in my zaggora flares, I was so impressed with how much better my skin looked, it wasnt just a little difference it was a noticeable difference.. so if youre looking to smooth out your legs like I was, I would DEFO recommend. I dont know what this "cell-ulite" technology is in them, but whatever it is, I love it!! haha. Finally feel happy with my legs again!
I'd say the only downfall is that you do have to wash them after each wear, which if youre wearing them a lot like I was is a bit annoying, but after I got the flares I bought the capris so that I could alternate them.
The only other thing that I have heard is that they can sometimes be quite slow with delivery, however I didnt have that problem myself, and I think those complaints have mainly been from people in Asia and the US, so if you're in the UK like me, hopefully yours should arrive in just a couple of days like mine did!
Also when I bought them second time around I found a Zaggora Coupon Code "goodbye cellulite" which I used at the checkout and got 10% off my order, so if you are looking to get some and there arent any groupon deals on that'll save you some pennies! :T:j
Hope anyone who gets some zaggoras love them as much as I love mine!!

I know it's a while ago now but how did you get on with this?
I'm having problems with Zaggora at the moment and need to know what to do next. Last week, I wrote negative feedback (this wasn't abusive) on their Facebook site regarding the service I have received, but they promptly deleted my post and blocked me from their site!! Good customer service I don't think!!!
Basically they omitted to send one of the two items I ordered six weeks ago and told me they would send a replacement... I'm still waiting, but obviously they debited my credit card on the day of purchase so they have my money but haven't honoured my order.
I'm currently waiting for a reply from customer services (again!) but not hopeful as they obviously think I'm a terrible abusive person by daring to post negative feedback on Facebook!I have contacted Consumer Direct today, who have basically told me to write a letter to Zaggora outlining my expectations from them. They will not get directly involved with the company, and the chap on the phone told me that Trading Standards will also not get involved unless there is a safety issue; so in other words, they were utterly useless.
I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to Zaggora tomorrow and letting them know that I have contacted both Watchdog and Consumer Direct, giving them one further week to send my item out to me. Should they choose not to comply, I guess I will have no other option but to sue them for breach of contract. Anyone know how easy/difficult it would be to take them through the small claims court, or indeed if I even can?
Many thanks
