  • Hate to say "I told you so" but I did warn that their customer service was diabolical ;)

Get Trading Standards involved and you'll be surprised how quickly they suddenly respond to you!

hope you get your hotpants soon xxxx

  • I'm beginning to wonder whether or not Zaggora actually exits. I ordered my Hotpants via Groupon and Zaggora email me to say it was dispatched on the 30th August. Needless to say I'm still waiting to receive them.

I've being sending emails to their customer service and I've so far received 3 responses telling me it was dispatched on the 2nd Sept, then I was asked if I'd received them, then they finally claim it's gone missing in post. They also claim they don't track their dispatches. That's absolute BULL.

I emailed them to ask if they collect their customers money in order to get the funds required to pay for the manufacture of the product. They failed to reply to that email.

I shop online all the time and Zaggora is the worst company, I've had the misfortune to deal with.

I've waited over the 28 days, so I'm going to contact Trading Standards, the Office of Fair Trading and 'Watchdog'.

I wouldn't recommend Zaggora to anyone I know.
  • I have just contacted Watchdog regarding Zaggora.com, and will be calling Consumer Direct (Trading Standards) later today to inform them of the situation. Not sure we can actually contact the OFT as their website seems to direct you to contact Consumer Direct too, but hopefully this will 'motivate' the company to actually send me the items I have paid for instead of me being in the unenviable positive of having money effectively stolen from me.

I have contacted Consumer Direct today, who have basically told me to write a letter to Zaggora outlining my expectations from them. They will not get directly involved with the company, and the chap on the phone told me that Trading Standards will also not get involved unless there is a safety issue; so in other words, they were utterly useless.

I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to Zaggora tomorrow and letting them know that I have contacted both Watchdog and Consumer Direct, giving them one further week to send my item out to me. Should they choose not to comply, I guess I will have no other option but to sue them for breach of contract. Anyone know how easy/difficult it would be to take them through the small claims court, or indeed if I even can?

    Many thanks
    Ruth
  • I had them used them for around 3 weeks, does not help. It is the encourgement I think that you end up doing loads of exercise wearing them that actually help you loose. I don't think they very helpful.

Mine have finally arrived. Mine are also without the zipper at the back. I ordered M and am a [big] size 12. Managed to squeeze into them without the help of DH!

Ordered via Wahanda 31 August. Delivery arrived 22 October, disgusting. Asked Wahanda twice for a contact number for Zaggora, but they assured me they contacted the company on my behalf to let them know I still hadn't had anything arrive on the two occasions I emailed them.

If nothing else, I've got a bit of pent up anger that I can hopefully turn into motivation! Will deffo let you know about this '2 week challenge' lad - wish me luck!

I'm still waiting too! I ordered mine on 31 August. I emailed Wahanda on Tuesday asking where the heck they were. I got an auto-reply to say Wahanda would be in touch within 24 hours or next working day - haven't heard from them since!

I'm now on holiday in America for three weeks. I let them know I'd be 'disappointed' if they attempted a signed-for delivery while I was away and I had to pay for shipping again. In other words, I'm not paying for shipping again, haha.

Not a very happy camper! Keep us posted if you get any updates, will you? I'll do the same...

    Cheers!

I ordered 2 pairs on August 22nd and one pair was delivered this morning so it has taken just over 2 weeks. Not sure when the other pair will turn up though, am presuming they have made a mistake unless they send every pair out individually.
Have emailed their customer service...could be waiting a while.
I shall report back if and when I notice if they work!

I got mine through a Groupon deal. Firstly the Zaggora site wouldn't accept the voucher code. Groupon were great and sorted it their end by issuing a new code number. The hotpants finally arrived last Friday in a great yellow Zaggora bag when I opened it I discovered not 2 pairs but only 1, this was of course after I had signed for them. I just naturally assumed they would be posted together. Typical!!! I have contacted Zaggora customer service but to no avail. As I have found out on this forum it could take some time for them to reply. I now wish I hadn't bothered with them and spent the money on some PT sessions at the gym instead.
