If you don't wish to pay for service, and you aren't a profitable customer to a bank. Why are you expecting them to chase after you? Your business is of little interest to them.

Not expecting them to chase after me but do expect them to do what they say they will.

They probably have a stereotypical profile of a profitable customer. Probably goes along the line of you are a high earner, in a secure job based on time with your employer. If you have a mortgage with them, loans, credit cards etc and dilegently pay them off every month without fail.
