My kitchen wall is next door's courtyard wall - party?

I have damp coming in through my kitchen which I am sorting out. It's caused through improper render on that wall in addition to some brackets which have been screwed to the exterior some time before I purchased the house.
I need to re-render this wall to waterproof it and as far as I'm aware, as this is my external wall, it's not a party wall. Is this correct?

It does indeed, though it doesn't mention small external works that can result in damage, but I guess that can be inferred from section 6/7.
Thanks again0
