I am using windows Vista on my Toshiba....One day, it continues pop-up an error message....it said usermanager.exe error....some kind like that....

Just run the Malwarebytes scan as suggested by Santer... it'll find most things.
I'd suggest you don't go installing new antiviruses, as you'll likely end up with conflicts.0 -
