aldi/tevion number no longer valid?

bought a tevion twin screen DVD player in dec 2008. I still have proof of payment from that time and i have successfully sent one screen back for replacement without a problem. However, the fascin8 helpline now states you must go back to the vendor it was purchased from. Do I go back to the store or contact the phone number on the aldi website?

Call the tevion number, going to the store wont do anything as you will be told to call the number0
