hi
hope everyone had (and is still having!) a lovely Christmas
I've got the family over for roast pork tomorrow, and have been Googling for roasting times but it seems to vary ... it's leg of pork .. does anyone know what the correct cooking time per 500g (or whatever!) / temp is please?
thank you
Windy

hi we cook all meat long and slow....and is always very tender.
how we do it is put just under half inch of water in a roasting tray, place meat in the tray, stick oven or at about 120 or gas mark 3 and cook for 3-4 hrs. whilst meat is cooking baste a couple of times. end of that youll have nice tender meat!
good luck!0
