I had a email from a lady telling me she received an email from Apple, she attached the receipt she had received, which had my email address, name and bank details although some numbers blacked out, i have complained instore and they offered me 10% in store on certain items, should i push it any more or take that as compensation ?

If it displayed your account details along the lines of 9XXXXX85 then the breach of data protection doesn't really put you at much risk.
Regarding the 10%.... I would definitely ask for something a little better, the worst they could do is say no.
Other than that you can report it to the data protection commissioner to have it investigated. Probably won't amount to much though.0
