Additional terms and conditions for 'Win tickets to this year's Wilderness festival' competition

1. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this competition and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to his/her name and image being made publicly available.
2. Neither HMV Group Plc nor any of its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, Wilderness Festivals Limited (“HMV Group”) shall be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries of that are removed, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
3. No member of the HMV Group will be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition or by any cancellation or postponement of the festival.
4. Entry to the festival is subject to the terms and conditions of the festivals which are available at [ http://www.wildernessfestival.com ]www.wildernessfestival.com. Please note that age restrictions apply. The festival operators reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of entry.
5. The festival operators (Wilderness Festivals Limited in respect of Wilderness Festival) may enforce the terms and conditions set out herein. Save as set out in this clause [ ], these terms and conditions are not intended to give rise to any right which is enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
