Is this a new boiler-room scam doing the rounds?

I keep getting emails from an obscurestocks@xraybot.com trying to get me to buy stocks in something called Grass Fed Beef..

I have no idea what the hell this is on about or how they got my email address - all very worrying!

If it's always that email address, just add them to your spam filters. As to how they got yours, could be a lucky guess, could be from somewhere you've used it that's been hacked.

Nothing all that worrying really, just soemone out to try and make a quick buck from a sucker - by ignoring and blocking them you avoid being that sucker. It's the way of the internet I'm afraid. I get loads telling me my account security has been compromised, supposedly from banks with whom I do no business - dunno where they got the email address, don't care. I just block them.
