Help! - I've had to remove the Surrey Flange on my domestic h/w cylinder and I can't find source for a replacement green fibre washer that seals the flange to the cylinder. Can any help?
The old washer measurements are: 43mm o/d and 33mm i/d which I think is BSP 1" size.
Tried to find a supplier for this but failed.
thanks

Just wrap several turns of Ptfe tape around the thread. This should seal it just the same0

Tool Station do packs of 100 for £6.98 (last resort) item number40610, but probably better looking for a local plumbers merchant or local hardware shop.
Hope this helps.0 -
Thanks for the reply - I've tried all the local PM around my area, Wickes, B&Q, Homebase, Screwfix etc and failed.
Someone kindly pointed me in the direction of Ebay, so will try them next.
thanks again..0
