Advice on Winter Holiday - Xmas 2007

We've been discussing as a family what we would like to do next Christmas and have given some thought to a winter holiday over the 2007 Christmas/New Year period. We would like the holiday to include opportunities to do:

dog sledding
learning to ski / snowboard
skidoo-ing

and also allow some time to relax in sauna/hot tub.

Does anyone have any advice on what websites I could look at which offer the above. Alternatively, if you have been on this type of holiday before, your advice would be much appreciated.

Family would consist of me, OH and DS (19).

I went skiing in Clavier, Italy last January with my three children and Husband. We stayed in the Hotel Passero pelligreeno which offered the following facilities
Ski equipment fitted on premises
Small gym and sauna (€8 charge)
Bar
Buffet breakfast, 3 choices at dinner including vegetarian, weekly gala dinner
Electronic billing for bar etc.
Taverna next door
Lounge with Sky TV and video
Small lounge
All bedrooms with WC and shower
Games room with table football.

The ski slopes are about 2 minutes walk from the Hotel and our skiing lessons, equipment hire etc was all included in the price. The Hotel was also on the border of France which you could just walk into the next village in the French resort of Montgenèvrenn to use their ski slopes if you wish or visit the shops and cafes. There are many good family resorts, but I would recommend looking at the Club Med 'Village' properties, as they are fully inclusive, so whlist being a little bit more expensive up front, you don't have to pay for very much in resort. It even includes things like ski lessons and insurance!
