Scottish Power Can't Follow Their Own Instructions !

roxy, if you go onto a standard tariff there will be no exit fees applied.
If you want to switch, you can do so now without paying fees as long as you notify Scottish Power and your new supplier contacts Scottish Power within 15 days of your notification.0 -
Morning all,
In response to the recent posts the reward will be credit to accounts and refunded, presuming it puts the account in to credit. (You may have a debit balance)
If your account is still with SP then the credit would not be refunded automatically but stay on yoru account until your next review, unless you requested this was done.
With final accounts if the supply leaves on 1st August as some of you have advised you will be then it will take at least 14 days for the final bill to be generated, I would anticipate the reward being on the final bill when received and then refunded if in credit.
As always for any specific account questions drop me an e-mail at onlinecomplaint@scottishpower.com
Kind regards
Graeme @ ScottishPower“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Scottish Power. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
I gave notice (Right To Cancel) to SP that I was changing provider on the 14th July and promptly received an automated response saying that had received my email and would deal with it shortly. Its now 12 days later and I still not had a written confirmation that they will keep me on this deal (as per their own email). Am I supposed to get a confirmation or not ?
Thanks.0
