Success!!!! Got a cheque yesterday for almost £3000 signed by the same person who signed all the knock back and rejection letters. A big thank you to all the folks who help along the way. The perseverance paid off.

Thanks thomas83uk, your thread has given me the incentive to go for it, I'm going to print off the questionnaire today, fill it in & send it off, I will expect rejection, but I've done is before, with citi finance, and gone to the FOS with them. So I'm more than prepared to do it again!

Just wanted to let you know, I claimed back our ppi from a loan we had, they looked into the ppi on 3 other loans we'd had with them, upheld the complaint and today they've offered just over 9 grand!!! Delighted!!0
