New FTB needing rough quotes?

Hi All,
Currently in the process of buying a new house with my girlfriend and theres 2 main jobs that we would like to do.
First off is a built in wardrobe in the main bedroom which would require a fake door frame and plastering i assume? The picture of the room has been attached so would anyone have any idea on the cost to do this:

This is how we want the room to look after:
Secondly, the bathroom as usually
The current bathroom has no no wall shower and we would like one put in together with a shower screen:

Any idea on the cost of this job?

Where are you based? Bathroom wise if you budget for 3-4k this will get you a decent standard bathroom all professionally fitted. Not a clue about the bedroom, I suppose it dependswhether you need to get specifically made to measure doors.0
