We are interested in hearing all about your weight loss stories – and whoever submits the most Inspirational story could find themselves living it up in New York with our great prize! The winner plus 10 runners-up will also win a fabulous trip to London and a professional makeover with photo shoot.


All you have to do is send us your Inspiring story along with a before and after photo.

Remember to include your name and address. Diet Chef will wish to publish stories about the winner and runners-up in local and national media, including their photographs. By entering the competition you agree to use in advertising or on the Diet Chef website. Prize includes economy flights for winner + 1 other person from mainland UK to New York, accommodation in New York for two people (double or twin room) in a hotel of your choice up to an amount of £2000 (for hotel and flights). 1) The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except employees of Diet Chef Ltd., their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses or life partners), cohabitants, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Diet Chef Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry which it considers, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2) The Competition is open from 04.07.2011 until 31.07.2011. Entries received after 23:59 on 31.07.2011 (the “Closing Date”) will not be accepted. Diet Chef Ltd. is not responsible for non or late receipt of an entry.
3) In order to enter, participants will be required to submit their weight loss story, complete the weight loss questionnaire, provide their name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
4) No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent due to technical or any other reason, or for any charge by the senders network for repeat entries.
5) Prize includes economy flights for winner + 1 other person from mainland UK to New York, accommodation in New York for two people (double or twin room) in a hotel of your choice up to an amount of £2000 (for hotel and flights). The prize has to be redeemed in 2011. The winner and 10 runners up also win a makeover photo shoot in London with a fashion photographer and renowned stylist.
6) The prize shall be awarded to the first entry drawn at random after the Closing Date from all valid and completed entries. The draw will be carried out under the supervision of an independent observer. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within five days of the Closing Date. The results of the free prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the Closing Date, or a winner proves to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be chosen.
7) Grand Prize is non transferable and non refundable and no cash or other alternative is available. All entries become and remain the property of Diet Chef Ltd.
8)By submitting an entry, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and give your consent for Diet Chef Ltd. to hold and use your personal details, including but not limited to, name, address, email address and telephone number for the purposes of operating this Promotion. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Diet Chef Ltd. and agencies to use winner’s and guest’s name, photo and /or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Promoter will not use your personal details for any other purpose, unless we have your consent. 9) Diet Chef Ltd. retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements set out in these terms and conditions. Diet Chef Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
