Operative word here is 900mm!
I can see lots of places that sell 720mm kitchen cupboards, but very few that sell 900mm.
As our current kitchen has 900mm it seems a step down to go to 720mm.
We live in Surrey, would appreciate any recommendations.
Thx!

Have you looked in your local Yellow Pages there are plenty of small/medium size traders who offer made to measure custom built cupboards.
Look for companies who do Fitted Furniture, most do bedrooms and kitchens so you could look under both.0 -
go to an independant specilaist co and they should have no probs0
-
Try ikea as i know their sizes are different.
Ive had to chop down cupboards before now to fit ikea doors!!!0 -

The fitter I've got has warned me off Ikea - he said he would refuse to fit it!0 -
Ive never brought an ikea kitchen (only doors) however ive found their furnature and instructions very good!
Surley its not going to be a problem if your only buying doors!!!0 -
Does your fitter not have a supplier who makes made to measure doors. I had already found doors the same size as you, but the fitter someone recommended had his own preferred company who made to measure so I went with them and had no problems. I could pick my size, colour, style and found plenty of choice. Plus it only cost me just over £1100 to replace 12 doors, completely replace my drawers and carcarcasses, worktops and sink.0

Made to measure is supposedly expensive in Surrey. I see you are in Manchester. Maybe I should order my units from Manchester?0 -
Have you had any companies around to give you quotes (see post 2 above). Certainly up here (also Manchester) they ain't as expensive as you would think. Also their prices do usually include installation unlike the likes of Ikea, MFI etc.
BTW I know somebody in that trade and now is the best time to buy, these companies are usually really busy in the run up to christmas and then slack in January / February0 -
Where in surrey? Try Mike Weller Interiors in Mytchett nr Camberley0
