Cancellation Fee???
I have been with BG for a number of years and last month move to WebSavers 12 only to be hit with this latest increase I was under the impression that I was free from increases for a year...They have said this is not the case..
Is there any way I can withdraw from the contract without getting shafted with a £60 Cancellation Fee?
Thank's

Websaver 12 is a variable tariff, so they can increase the prices at any time within the minimum term. You can reject the increase, but that won't get your off the exit fee.No free lunch, and no free laptop

EDF and SP are releasing customers from their exit fees.
Ask BG to do the same as they are shafting you with a draconian price increase.0
