Benidorm - Holiday Club Ticket Touts

I write this review,

Without Prejudices.
While visiting Benidorm and its surrounding areas. Be very aware of the many Holiday Club Ticket Touts lurking around, looking for mostly new holiday arrivals.
Namely Worldwide Global Marketing selling Phoenix Travel Club Membership, I believe on 29 May 2011 they may have changed their name from a company called Anything Anytime Anyplace.
They make you think and mean they do make you think you have won a €1000 or free holiday to get you into a cab then to their offices. There you will be asked to attend a 90 minute Holiday Presentation, which will sweep you off your guard.
The next minute they ask for a deposit of £1000 BEFORE YOU SEE ANY PAPERWORK, then later you find this is a non-refundable fee for the holiday presentation you have just had, which changes to the non-returnable fee that they say is an Administration & Consultancy Fee.
BE VERY CAREFULL: SPAIN has not implemented the new directive on Holiday clubs, that became EU Law in FEB 2011.
HELP EACH OTHER Should you be a resident of Benidorm or a frequent visitor and are reading this and you see any poor holidaymakers getting caught up by these touts, why not warn them, but avoid a confrontation.
Then eventually these companies may get the message.
Anyone has experienced the above, this year 2011.
I am requesting statements on how they were conned by this company's underhanded tactics in order for legal proceeding against them.
The more people that produce statements, the better chance of getting a conviction.

Thanks

hi jasper we joined pheonix travel club august 2011 had the 90 minute presentation which took 3 hours or more paid them £1500 returned home got a bit worried after checking on internet abot them, told them we didn`t want to proceed with the membership and they replied if they don`t get the balance of the £5995 we would be getting default letters so we paid up.
when we tried to book the so called free holiday we wanted malta for 4 people got told can`t do that malta is b & b only 2 people can go, tried to book majorca for 4 people got told we would have to pay 180 euros extra because it`s 2 bed apartment and on top of all this we would have to sit through anther travel club presentation or pay an extra 500+ euros if we didn`t so we have cancelled our membership and trying to get a refund but they have not replied to our last 2 emails.0
