Counterfeit goods and eBay's protection system

Has anyone ever successfully won a case about counterfeit goods using eBay's protection scheme? I have had a bad experience with PayPal in the past, so I doubt eBay are much better, but I thought I would ask......

I've not personally had any experience of it, but there is one advantage with ebay over paypal.

With a paypal dispute for counterfeit goods, the buyer has to prove that the item is fake, but with an ebay dispute, the seller has to prove that the item is genuine.
If they fail to do this, then you should win the dispute.
