Matsui 110MR MP3 Player stuck help needed please.

Hi I have got a Matsui mp3 player which i bought about a week ago. I have been using it most days and everything was fine, however i have tried to transfer some music from my music on the computer and now nothing works on the mp3 player. It is stuck on the Name, Matsui i cannot switch it off or listen to any music. Just wanted to know if any of you guys can help me please. My son said that i should be able to reset the mp3 player, he has tried but has had no luck and has given up, do any of you's know what i should do. Thanks demented

some of these need a reset with a tool on the supplied CD, meant uploading the "firmware" back on the MP3 player after a format....the booklet tells you how
it tends to happen if you unplug them when it is in useEx forum ambassador
