Virgin talk anywhere alternative?

Hello been using Virgin talk anywhere 200,which gave me 200 minutes to call basically anywhere in the world. But now am moving home, and just been told the service cannot be used in my new address, cause the address is not cabled, "gutted ", cause this service offered me the cheapest option to call zimbabwe, since most other services that offer international calling can never offer a similar offer. So just wandering if anyone has come across a similar service, to the one offered by Virgin thanks in advance.

Some companies do offer Intl Calls in there packages but none include Zimbabwe as far as i am aware.

Yes that's my problem, so just hoping someone has come across something similar.
