  • Update: I've spoken to Orange on the customer service number they quoted on their email and they are denying any knowledge that my account exists. Htey even say the case number they gave me doesn't exist.

    Have you checked your computer for Viruses or Malware, perhaps you are sending far more emails than you think...

    What I don't understand is you say its happened on 3 or 4 occassions, but you still didn't consider backing anything up or moving to a different free service??
