I have just bought a TomTom One sat nav thingy and I don't have a bluetooth enabled mobile . How do I get traffic updates? Can I do it through my PC?

Any help much appreciated

Do you mean congested traffic warnings or speed camera locations?0

Just the congested traffic will do0

If you don't have a bluetooth enabled mobile but do have one of the new GO models you could buy the rds antenna which costs around £45-£60 depending on where you shop. Seems a lot of money but you won't have continuous gprs charges and theres no subscription ie its enabled for life. If you have a one then unfortunately you'll just have to buy a phone!
Thanks

I guess I had better get onto ebay for a Bluetooth phone

No go for the TMC device as suggested earlier with a one off payment instead of the high chrges to use your mobile each time you get an update. in addition the TMC service is usually more accurate an up to date than the GPRS service.sheddy49 wrote:Thanks Ben

Hi Guys
Its the Newbie again, Thanks Aiadi for the ebay links I just checked them out but they all seem to be for the 'GO' models. I have a tomtom 'ONE' regional which does not seem to be supported
