  • Weight loss is essential if you are over weighted. It helps you to keep yourself healthy. Effective weight loss is encouraged as this gives out the results for the diets you have chosen. The main way for losing weight can be done by not eating the junk food.

    OK is it because of a bowel issue in that case is it low insoluble fibre? If so then you can eat soluble fibre like porridge and some fruit and veg.

    Yes, my bowels :( Lol.

    I try and have 2 or 3 portions of veg a day but anymore is too much. Also depends what else I have. Had mince on sat and was ill all day yesterday as a result.
  • This way of the weighting loss is very important for the weight loss but always remember that don't use this dieting program without without a specific routine in your daily life.
