Hello, I am writing a letter to littlewoods asking for a refund of my PPI. It is around £280 paid over two years. Should I ask for interest too and if so how much. I have all my statements but trying an email first to see if I can get it sorted simply like that. Has there been much success with littlewoods? Really not…

Investigator called last week, a long phone call, and he said I would get an answer in the post. However, when I called yesterday and was on hold for yet another 20 minutes, I found out that the man had not dealt with my complaint properly (!), and that they had to resubmit it. They are dealing with it as a priority, but I am not holding my breath...
