Dulux Light & Space is it worth the money?

Hello all!
There seems to be mixed reviews about this product, is it worth the extra money?
We would be using the paint in a basement which has been converted to living accommodation but it's pretty dark down there, we are trying to do whatever we can to brighten it up!
Is this paint going to make a difference or best to avoid thanks people!
