HI, I have a computer which is about 8 months old and I cant remember what make it is. When it is switched on the lcd monitor does not come on, sometimes for a couple of hours. When the monitor is unplugged from the computer it says "NO SIGNAL" the "on" light on the monitor flickers on and off. Wondering whether its most likely to be the computer thats faulty or the monitor does anyone have any ideas I appreciate that you techies are not psychic but, maybe you have come across this before
Thanks

Have you checked that the connections are secure at both ends, and that the pins aren't bent?
Could you plug it into another PC or laptop?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
