Is very busy flying and is now 3/4 of the way round the living room:D
I've decided to start downstairs and work my way up as fingers crossed I'm getting a chest of drawers tomorrow for my room, so best to do that last!0 -

10 brioche just for her? But where are ours?????
Sounds like he might finally be getting the hang of this Daddy lark now she is getting more of a little girl than a baby.
Hopefully that means he will be more confident and able to take care of things to give you some Pigger's time (and some Dot time later on).
I have been through the entire cutlery drawer and still not a spoon to be found. Serves me right for Monday. Was worth it, though.
The stoopid splat seems to feel the same way. Tried to get him to come in at 1.30am, but he was sitting on the wall trying to sound all masculine at some little ginger cat that uses it as a thoroughfare to get out the front. Tried calling, tried crunchies, even tried offering the tub of fish food, but no, he wanted to be all manly. So I locked up and went back to bed.
Minion found him sound asleep in the grass and covered in dew when she opened the back door at 6am. Apparently, she couldn't wake him up by calling, so took a towel out there and scooped him up. He has a cut on his head and a graze on his nose, so I think he has probably met one of the bigger kids in the area.
He is on my bedroom rug splodged out so much that he looks dead. Been prodding him with my foot all day, just to make sure he's still breathing. Idiot animal. He is NOT going out tonight.
Today I have;
Emptied bins
Wiped surfaces
Emptied fridge of stuff too far gone to eat
Used up tin of salmon on its last 6 months (stirred with mayonnaise into pasta)
Thrown Minion's 3 pairs of shoes [STRIKE]at her head[/STRIKE] in her bedroom door
Made Minion pick up all her rubbish from the front room so it can be vacuumed tomorrow
Picked up my books from the front room
DW x1
WM x1
TD x1
Picked up gibble from my bedroom
Drunk 1 cup of tea
Tipped skinny cat over and fluffed her up to see if there was any flea dirt on her as she is grooming a lot. Resulted in nothing, other than a rather tufty and shocked looking splat.
Not long to go until the summer hols - and I am NOT letting Minion go off with KH until her room is spotless. There are much nicer things to be doing than making her do her room over the summer.
Stressed? Me? Never

no hope of catching up with thread - jsut saying helloooo as I'm trying to study a bit tonight and I'm on a long day tomorrow so nada, zilch, zero will be done and friday will be spent dealing with the carnage thats been left.
I'm doing bits and bobs from the lists as I can - my laminated list of dailies on the fridge is helping focus the mind a bit in the morning.
My lunchtimes have been completely revolutionised by making all the sarnies in the morning with DH's. I make 10 sarnies, plate up ours in a stack, wrap them in 1 piece of clingfilm and bung them in the fridge. Come lunchtime they get flung in front of the kids as soon as we walk through the door from playgroup or wherever - lunches are now being eaten at the table, more is getting eaten and I haven't got trauma and tantrums over the whole show. Genius!
hope everyone is ok

Hi all
Been MIA this week a bit of CBA and the fact that I worked tues and wed and haven't had much time to do anything.
I am hoping to have a good go tomorrow but need to get in a 5 mile run as I can't go training tomorrow night as DD has an achievement award evening Not sure what her award is for but I am proud of her.
Will get a copy of weeks list printed out in morning and do at least level 1 and hopefully more.
Lamewolf good luck tomorrow I have been needle phobic since I had a bad experience with a dracula of a blood nurse when I was 5. I only had to think about blood tests and my hands sweat. I too have to be laid down or I pass out. At one point I had to be taken to the nurse for blood tests(talking adult age here!) as I couldn't manage to physically go on my own. I remember a nice nurse going you'll be fine sat in that seat don't worry... next thing I remember was when I came round on the floor - I did warn her!! Strange though as my cat had kidney failure and I was taught to inject her every other night with fluids, the vet nurse was so good she helped me get over my fear of needles over a number of weeks and I was so proud that I was able to give my cat 6 months of quality life through the fluids before she passed away in march 2010. That said I still can't face blood tests and when I went in April just walking through the door of the local hospital made me break out in a sweat, but the nurse was brilliant - laid me down and left me there while she did some paperwork afterwards, only letting me sit up when I had laid there for a least 10 mins.
Haven't had time to read all posts so hugs to those that need one. Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

Yep.. she likes food, he likes food.. and I let the pair of them loose in tesco!!!
He is much more confident with her now she fights back.. he gets really frustrated though when she snatches off his glasses andthrows them because he can't see where they've landed without his glasses on so we are working on stopping that.. she also tries pulling his face off.
I just spent the equivalent of a triple lotto rollover in the Next sale.. but all the children and OH are sorted for winter & next summer and being so damn nice I got a couple of bits for the grandsprog and some for Jacob.. they had some gorgeous little tshirts and packs of plain ones dirt cheap it would be rude to refuse! I bought me some new knickers too!! I LOVE new knickers!
I now owe lots and lots of pence to Next.. .... best get ebaying again lol... I've listed loads on turbolister and not uploaded it.
Squeaks washing in..
Squeaks bag half packed for the weekend.. mine is done.
Surveyor coming Monday to measure up for new windows..
I am oing to request they do them a month later I think.. so beginning of September so i have an extra month to save up for them and pay off this next debt!
