Adaptor/Converter and Cable to Laptop

Hey,

My FIL is in France, and he believes that the Adaptor/Converter on his laptop has gone. This comes with the cable connecting it to the laptop.

Ive been getting phone calls to try and figure out what he needs etc, but he has no internet so its down to me to try and figure out what he needs and where to get it - and im confused!

The info he has told me:
  • Time Laptop
  • Model 7321
  • Approx 4 years old
  • Model ADP - 60BP (The Adaptor/Converter Model I believe)
  • input 100-240v
  • output 19v or 3.16amps

Anyone any ideas what I need and where I can get it from?
