Online translator says: 50 years of VLKSM (All-Union Lenin Young Communist League) 2[g]-68 [Chusovoy], the Permian edge.
Which isn't much help, so yes as above just make sure Russia is prominent on the label so it get's out of this country, don't forget the CN22.0 -
I saw someone once post a parcel to Japan and all of the address was written in Japenese. The Post Office asked her just to write Japan at the bottom of the address so I would do as suggested and just write Russia underneath the address provided.0

Russia seems a huge market at the moment and I just print off the labels and hope for the best. I sell a vast amount to Russia. I send more 'Russian' labels than English. Once it is out of the UK, it is far easier for the 'local' language to be able to translate and deliver.0

If it's eBay I often find that the paypal and ebay sold will have different versions of both Russian and Japanese. One in 'english' and the other using the characters. usually you don't translate proper names but if you want you can transliterat it in latin alphabet.
