Hi, im looking to book a holiday to new york in December but cant afford to pay it all upfront. I was wondering where i can buy a holiday online and pay for it in installments? Ideally a well known company. Ive tried to look on site such as Thomas Cook etc but can't find anything. Thanks

i don't know if you can, can you not pay the deposit and then put money aside into a savings account to pay the final balance? don't forget you will need to pay the balance about 8 weeks before departure anyway so wont have a lot of time to pay it off whatever you do'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0

You can pay the deposit then pay the rest by instalments with all of the internet sites by either using your card on line or over the phone, we have done this with loads of holidays, hope this helps0

you can do flight+hotel through somewhere like expedia however it is the norm for scheduled flights to be paid in full at time of booking.
or book and pay for flights and find a hotel where you pay on departure
or
put it on a 0% credit card and pay it up each month0 -
I think all of them?
Well that's how I've paid my last couple, low deposit, then deposit top up then the rest as and when by the due date (in minimums of £50).If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

i have found the likes of thomson, thomas cook etc you pay a deposit and remainder 8-10 weeks before travel.
however with scheduled airlines you normally pay at time of booking unless you booked a virgin holiday where it would be depo and then remaining 10 weeks before going.
for New york i would be looking at getting money together to book flight and then look for hotel, normally for america the hotels are payable on arrival and are very easy to cancel if something better comes up.0 -
Visa and Mastercard both offer very good instalment plans via their credit card partners0

i think you can do this with expedia now0

First Choice do it - I've just booked. There is a minimum payment of £50, though - I was a bit miffed because I'm a crap saver and was hoping to put a few quid on it here and there so I'd barely notice it, so I'll be TRYING to stick it in my online savings account and paying £50 when it builds up.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0
