Renting a house that's for sale!! Advice please...

Depends on the market in the area and how long you want to stay really.
We moved in to our rental over a year ago with the house on the market by the owner, since then there have been no requests for viewings and we are very happy. We benefited as due to the house being on the market the landlord had just re-done the whole place so we have got a bargain, much better quality than similarly priced houses in the area. We knew that the housing market in the area for our type of house was not great so the chances of the house being sold was low, and we are quite flexible and would be pre-pared to move (now on rolling tenancy).
As a tenant you can refuse viewings and so should get a peaceful 6 months, however if your looking for somewhere long term then you have to consider you may not get that if you rent a house that is for sale.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0
