1. The draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over and excludes employees and the immediate families of ASOS, ghd, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entries to the competition will be accepted from 30th May 2011 until 11th July 2011.

3. The winner will be selected (under independent supervision) by ASOS and notified within 10 working days of the closing date for the competition via email.

4. The prize consist of 2 x Katy Perry tickets at the London 02 arena on the 15th October 2011, a ghd styler and one of the 3 featured ASOS outfits (either Boho Chic, New Wave or Glamour) – as seen on the ASOS and ghd micro-site.

5. Please allow up to 2 weeks after the closing date for the delivery of your prize.

6. ASOS will contact the winner by email to confirm contact details. The winner will have 28 days to claim their prize. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize, ASOS will select another winner via the prize draw mechanic.

7. By entering this promotion, you agree that your name may be displayed on ASOS.com and on other ASOS networks.
