Booking park tickets

Where do you book your tickets for Florida's theme parks? Is it best toi book them when out there on some theme parks or to book through travel agents? any advice much apreciated

one more question anyone been recently would be able to give me a rough guide on how much spending money for food and some treats to take for 2 adults and 3 children ages are 1,5 and 10
