Video clips upside down

The video clips I've imported from my iphone are now able to play thanks to the help on here but they are upside down and I can't see a rotate option. The iphone was probably upside down but thats not unusual for me!
Any ideas on how to fix it so we dont have to sit on our head to view them? !!!

Annoying isnt it some of mine are and i too would like to know ,i have to watch them with the phone laid down

To Phils_debt - thanks for the reply as I was glad it isnt just me that it happens to!
I have downloaded the suggestions but not sure how to use them yet - thanks though everyone.

The mild irony is that there are no native OSX ports, so anyone who's bought into the Apple ecosystem wholesale wouldn't be able to use it to correct videos for their iphones! Made me smile at least.
