    Hi does anyone know how I get access to a lounge at heathrow terminal 5 for my wife and I, travelling on 18th Jan for skiing which is a present for a special birthday!

    I was considering upgrading my flight to business class (were off to geneva) but the BA website wont give me an upgrade price and the phone line wont answer!

    All help gratefully appreciated.
