I am travelling from Manchester T2 next month, and have a lounge pass which gives free entry into either the Escape or Styal lounge. Which is the best value for food and drink?

Hi , I have an early Emirates flight to Bangkok , then on to Australia, the first flight leaving at 8.40am and it looks increasingly like I will spend the night in the terminal 3 because i am taking the last train from York the previous evening, unless i impinge on a long lost friend in South London, which i do not really want to do.
So my first question is :Are there any lounges open all night in T3?
I suppose the check in for Emirates will not open till about 6am, but even then 2 hours freshening up in a decent airport lounge would be a bonus before a 30 hour plus journey.
Any useful suggestions would be greatly appreciated
