PM sent for free entry into all lounges in T5, and free entry to the BA lounge in Toronto (Galleries and First lounges). Sadly I cannot help getting you pre-flight dinning, that's restricted to passengers actually flying in business and first.

Plenty of nice nibbles and drinks in the Galleries and First lounge in Toronto though, and it's located immediately above the departure gate, so you can sit there until the last minute.

I was there last summer (flying in First), and really enjoyed it.
