The promoter of the competition is Stonegate Pub Company, 500 Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3LS. This prize draw is open to registered subscribers of www.weareyates.co.uk and Stonegate Pub Company who are of legal UK drinking age, aged at least 18 or over and are residents of UK or Northern Ireland, excluding employees of Bacardi-Martini Limited and Stonegate Pub Company, their relatives, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion including all staff at participating venues and Head office. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address.
By entering this free prize draw, individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them and by any other requirements in promotional material.
No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmissions which affect any entrants’ ability to enter the prize draw or for any other reason beyond its control.
The closing time and date for entry to this competition is 23.59 on 26/07/11 Any entries received after this time will be rejected automatically.
The prize draw will be made independently, under independent supervision, and announced on 27/07/11. In the event that the winning entrant does not respond to the e-mail notifying him/her that he/she has won the prize by (at the latest) 23.59 on 01/08/11 an alternative winner shall be selected and notified by e-mail.
Delivery of tickets are dependant on vendor usually a week before event. All tickets will be sent by recorded post. Stonegate Pub Company is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive e-mail accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith or the potential winner’s failure to adequately monitor any e-mail address. It is the entrants’ responsibility to check and monitor spam filters and junk mail boxes.
Individuals may request the name and county of the winner, by submitting a stamped self-addressed envelope, specifying the date of the event about which you are enquiring, before 31/7/11, to: Online Team, Stonegate Pub Company, 500 Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3LS. By participating, entrants agree to Stonegate Pub Company providing their name and county, in response to such requests.
Stonegate Pub Company will take all reasonable steps to avoid disappointing entrants.
The winner and his/her chosen guest will be required to submit proof of age, a contact telephone number and a postal address – these will be used to process and finalise the prize. The winner may be required to take part in further promotional activity on behalf of Stonegate Pub Company. The winner hereby consents to (i) being interviewed about the competition, Stonegate Pub Company or any products or services of Stonegate Pub Company and/or its affiliates; (ii) the use of his/her name, likeness and any statements, quotations or testimonials for publicity, advertising and other promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law; (iii) being recorded and filmed and having his/her voice and likeness used in recordings and films for commercial purposes worldwide; (iv) any other reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of Stonegate Pub Company, if so requested.
Any personal information received by Stonegate Pub Company, in connection with this competition, will be used solely in accordance with the privacy policy of both Stonegate Pub Company and Yates’s.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, Stonegate Pub Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process an entry or fulfil any prize award.
The tickets are only valid between 05/08/11, 06/08/11 and 07/08/11 and is subject to availability. The 4 winners will receive two VIP tickets (all of whom must be of legal UK drinking age and aged at least 18 or over) 3 days of VIP camping, and a total of £50 each of drink vouchers. All persons going to the festival as part of this competition will need to provide a proof of age with photo identification. Every effort will be taken to ensure that the winner’s preferences are taken into consideration, but this and the tickets specification may change. Stonegate Pub Company accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize or elements not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses and insurance. Stonegate Pub Company may require proof that travel insurance has been purchased, before a prize can be released.
Stonegate Pub Company will not be held liable to any participant or winner for any fraud committed by any third party or for any event arising beyond its control.
Stonegate Pub Company’s decision will be final in all circumstances – and no correspondence will be entered into.
Stonegate Pub Company accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrants, including the winner and the winner’s guest – including possessions.
Stonegate Pub Company reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the competition, as necessary, owing to exceptional circumstances outside of its reasonable control and to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
