To enter our prize draw, pick up a promotional 185g wedge of Port Salut cheese or a promotional 75cl bottle of J.P.Chenet wine from a participating branch of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons.
You will be able to find 10-digit unique code either inside the sticker or on the back of the neck collar.

Dinner Party in Paris Terms and Conditions

1. Last date to enter midnight November 30th 2011.

2. Open to Great Britain residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Groupe Grand Chais de France, Bel UK, their agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion. Bulk entries and those through agents or third parties are invalid. Incorrectly completed, incomplete or damaged entries will not be accepted.

3. Internet access and purchase required. To enter: Purchase a promotional 185g pack of Port Salut or a promotional 75cl bottle of J.P. Chenet. Visit www.partyinparis.co.uk to register your details and enter the special code printed on the inside of your Port Salut sticker or reverse of your J.P. Chenet neck collar.

4. Multiple entries per household are allowed.

5. Only valid unique Port Salut and J.P. Chenet promotional codes will be accepted. Each code can only be entered once. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.

6. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are illegible, delayed, corrupted or lost for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending or online entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

7. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.

8. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries. Draw will be conducted under independent supervision.

9. The winner will be informed via email within 28 days of the closing date if they have been successful. In the event that the winner fails to respond to their email within 28 days of sending, a new winner will be selected from a shortlist of entrants drawn at the same time as the initial winner.

10. There is only one prize. The prize consists of one weekend break in Paris for six people. Package includes: 6 standard adult return Eurostar tickets from Kings Cross St Pancras station, London to Gare du Nord, Paris, transfers to and from the hotel, 2 nights stay in double or twin rooms in 4* accommodation, including breakfast, dinner aboard a Bateau Mouche on the river Seine, a wine & cheese tasting lunch and the Food Lovers’ Guide to the Gourmet Secrets of Paris book. The prize can be taken at any time up to and including September 2012 excluding Christmas, New Year or Bank Holiday weekends.

11. All guests must be over the age of 18 at the time the draw closes (30/11/11).

12. The winner and all guests must have a current and valid passport and be able to satisfy all necessary requirements for entry to France.

13. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of, or in connection with, this prize draw and/or the prize (in contract, negligence, or otherwise) where:
- there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
- the loss or damage is not reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
-any loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage.

14. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

15. The decision of the Promoters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The winner and guests may be required to take part in related publicity without further recompense.

18. The data supplied will only be used for the purpose of the administration of this draw unless you have chosen to opt-in to receive further information / offers from the Promoters.
