Moving washing machine over porcelain floor

I'm going to need to push my washer into place fairly soon, but I've had the floor done and it's all nice porcelain tiles now. My washing machine weighs an absolute ton, and I'm sure it would damage the floor. I've seen the Argos appliance rollers, and they look decent, but they're a bit too tall to let me get the washing machine under the worktop.
The main water tap is behind the washing machine, so it'd be good if it could roll out easily, although there is another stop value under the sink (and one outside).
What do people normally do in this situation?
Thanks

I normally put a square of cardboard in front of the washer and 'walk' it onto that first.
Its a bit of a b****r doing the 'walking' but once its on the cardboard it slides a treat0 -
slide it on a upturned rug to the edge of the space then Cover the floor with a bit washing up liquid and water where the legs go and it just slides straight in.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Tip WM backwards, put large bath towel under front/middle of WM
Tip WM forward, pull excess towel under rear of WM.
Push/pull WM to wherever you want it. Reverse procedure to remove towel.0
