cancel hmv order

Ordered a few items at the start of the month as christmas presents as they "had them in stock" and I left it a couple of days before christmas before cancelling them as my status was "to be ordered from supplier". I also ordered an xbox 360 game on 5/2/06 which said in stock and still waiting to receive the game even though a couple of time on the site after I ordered it said in stock but I managed to get it in toys r us today for £9.99 so cancelled my HMV order

Customer service is useless as you can wait for ages on the line before getting through and the people I spoke to were useless to say the best and their email service is even worse as it says on the site "we aim to respond to emails within 48 hours" mor like 2 weeks if your luckily enough to get a responce and then it's an automated one saying thanks for being patient and we will keep you upto date on your order.

Think HMV have shown their true colours just before the christmas period of how useless they are at fulfilling orders

HMV + customer service = no chance

my main concern is my e-vouchers .......if i cancel will they automatically go back onto my account i dont want to cancel then find i have a battle on my hands getting my e-vouchers back:mad:

See my msg above, number 11, it didn't automatically refund my vouchers Am awaiting them "supposedly" refunding me over the next week after a phone call.
