Looking for advise on a purchase

Hi,

I was just looking for a bit of advice, I recently bought a sofa from Leeks and am having some issues with what I would say is a design fault.

The sofa was only bought four months ago and I am getting no help from the company I bought it from. I have gone from the point of wanting to change it to now wanting nothing to do with the company the sofa collected and some sort of a refund.

What is my position? can I do anything???? please help!

if it is faulty you are entitled to a replacement, or a refund.
if they wont play ball, then take legal action through the small claims court.
    Get some gorm.
