Halifax paper-free statements

I know what you mean. I'm forever getting duplicate letters, and other such bumf for me and my husband, twice!! What a waste! They should tailor their mailings, not just blanket post stuff we already have. They would save alot of money that way and stop filling up my circular file! Anyway the whole point about going paperless is to decrease the paper printed and to give you the option to print out what ever information you want from your statement. If you're going to print it out anyway it's not the way forward for you is it?
As regards proof of address, you could use your driving license or council tax bill.0 -
Driving licence is a useful first ID (proof of name), and I don't pay council tax...
