gutted daughters leapster dont work !

To say Im gutted is a understatment !

I bought one from LX Direct got £25 of it waited ages for delivery and it dont power up !!!

So now im going to have to send it back and wait ages for a new one, my 6 year old is fed up bless her.

Have you checked the batteries?

I was just playing dora on my nephews one, I had the batteries in the wrong way and we thought it was broken!

I just had the same problem with the leapster bought from LX direct too.

It was just lucky that I tried it on last week , and it was not working either.

At first I thought it was the battery but the little green light was on , I then tried with new duracell batteries( just in case ) and on two different Tv , to see if it did make difference but was still not working.

I just sent it back and bought something else for my daughter , as it was too late to get another one.

You have my sympathies. I bought FIFA 07 for the PS2 for my sons birthday in November, and when he put the disc on, it was faulty. He had to wait while I posted it back to Play, but by then the game was out of stock, so we had to get a refund and I bought it from Sainsburys for him.

They get so disappointed when things don't work. Hope you can get a replacement soon.
