Question about next returns to the shop please

Sorry if its in the wrong place
I have got some lovely next furry boot slippers for christmas but they are a size too small !
Will i be able to swap them without a reciept (bought using a credit card)
Or get a credit note of some sort
I cant get any info from the website its just all about the sale
I wont try until the weekend as i know they dont do returns in the first few days of the sale

If it was a home delivery, take the delivery note in with you.

If you don't have a receipt they will give you a 'Refund Card' which can only be used to buy items instore. You can not use this card to buy or order items from the next directory, whereas with vouchers you could do in the past.

They have stopped doing gift vouchers (the paper ones)

You can do returns from Friday I think and yes you will get a refund card. The slippers will probably now be in the sale and therefore half price but you should get the full price back as the slippers wont have been red dotted for the sale.

sorry to say but if you dont have the receipt you will get sale price back not a full refund

My brother bought me a jumper from Next, which he gave me on the 23rd. I was going to take it back after xmas and exchange it for something else, but decided to go on xmas eve instead. I'm so glad i did as i got the full amount put onto a refund card and was told that if i left it until after xmas, i would have got the sale price as i had no receipt.

the top i wanted was £10 more expensive but am pretty sure it will be half price in the sale.

Dont forget you cant return items to Next at the start of the sale, first 3 days i think ?

Whats the deal with Next not doing returns until saturday? Surely thats illegal? I wanted to return my stuff on boxing day but they wouldn't let me?
